Over the years, I've learned that the areas that carry the most stress and create the most problems are the ones nobody works on:

  • The front of your body. Your chest, your neck, your stomach. These areas get tight from sitting at a desk, driving, stress. They pull everything forward and create pain in your back.
  • Your hip flexors. Sit all day? These are locked up. And they're yanking on your lower back constantly.

What Makes My Approach Different

Trigger Point Release

I find the specific knots that are referring pain to other areas of your body. Most therapists avoid these because they're uncomfortable to work on. I go straight for them.​

Fascial Release

Your fascia (connective tissue) gets restricted from injury, poor posture, and repetitive movements. When I release it, your body can actually move the way it's supposed to

Deep Tissue Work (Not Deep Pressure)

Deep tissue doesn't mean pressing harder. It means getting to the layers that matter. I work on the muscles and fascia that are actually causing your problem, not just the surface.

PNF Stretching

I use dynamic PNF stretching techniques during the session to restore your range of motion and release restrictions. This isn't passive stretching. It's specialized work that creates real change.
