PAIN CONSULTATION

Get One Clear Plan for Your Pain

A one-on-one Zoom call with a manual therapist. I find what's causing your pain, and you leave knowing exactly what to do first.

Know what's causing it

Know what to do first

Stop guessing on your own

Sound Familiar?

  • The scans came back normal and nobody could tell you why it still hurts
  • You've seen the doctor, the PT, the chiro, and the relief never lasted
  • You're doing the exercises every day and you've flatlined
  • You're not sure if you're making it better or worse

"Three years of trying to work out the cause… scans, nerve conduction studies, MRI, ultrasound, x-ray… And the best that they could come up with was, we don't know." — Oliver

That's not a discipline problem. It's an order problem. Think of your body like a tent with the ropes cranked down tight on one side. You can keep tightening the other side all day, and the tent still leans. Most people are strengthening on top of tissue that was never released.

Meet Adam

I know what it's like to run out of people to ask. I spent years bouncing between providers for my own hip and back pain before anybody told me the thing that mattered: one tool can't do every job.

My name is Adam Villalobos. Sports massage therapist, corrective exercise specialist, Army veteran. I've spent the years since running one sequence with people who had already been through four or five providers:
Assess, Release, Restore, Retrain, Rebuild.

"I had this moment where I was like, okay, I've just released something here… And then I had no pain for like 90 minutes for the first time in six years."

Oliver

"Up till this point I've had most of the relief coming from working the back… I wasn't thinking about that at all. So that's great."

Dan

"His attention is really personalized and level of professionalism is beyond anything I have experienced in other therapy clinics."

How the Consult Works

1. Book your call and fill out the intake form

2. Get on Zoom and we find the cause together

3. Run your plan and start getting your body back

IS THIS FOR YOU?

This is a good fit if:

  • You have hit a plateau and cannot tell whether to push or back off
  • You received conflicting advice and need help making sense of it
  • Your symptoms have shifted, spread, or repeatedly flared up
  • You are ready to follow a plan but want to know you are focusing on the right things first

This is not a good fit if:

  • You are looking for hands-on treatment during the call
  • You need a medical diagnosis
  • You need emergency or urgent medical care

This consult is for assessment, education, and planning. It does not replace medical care.

If you have sudden swelling, major color changes, unusual coldness in the arm or hand, chest pain, shortness of breath, or a weak or absent pulse, do not wait for a Zoom consult. Seek prompt medical evaluation.

QUICK ANSWERS

Can you really assess me over Zoom?

For nerve and posture symptoms, most of what I need is what you tell me and what I see you do. I'll walk you through the screens on camera. If I need hands on you to know more, I'll say so and point you toward someone local.

I've already seen a doctor and a PT.

Bring what they told you. A lot of the value here is making sense of advice you've already been given and putting it in an order that holds together.

Should I do this or the Nerve Fix Blueprint?

Different jobs. This call tells you what your sequence is. The Blueprint is a sequence, delivered over weeks with the work built in. If you already know your pattern, go straight to the program. If you're guessing, start here.
