For adults whose hand goes numb at night and whose days are running on bad sleep
Twelve follow-along treatments. Only 28 Days Long & all at home!

You know the routine.
You wake up and your hand is buzzing. You shake it out, you move your arm, you wait for the pins and needles to fade.
Then you try to fall back asleep knowing it might happen again in an hour.
So you have adapted.
Sleeping on your back when you have always been a side sleeper.
Pinning your arm under a pillow. Maybe a weighted blanket to keep your hands down.
Six or seven broken hours, when you used to get nine.
And the next day pays for it.
Foggy at work. Short with the kids or spouse.
One more coffee. One more search at 11pm for a stretch that might work this time.
None of that means your nerve is damaged.
It means the pressure is coming from somewhere nobody has shown you, and the fixes are being done in the wrong order.

Imagine falling asleep on whichever side you like and staying asleep.
Imagine waking up with two working hands and enough energy to actually use the day.
Imagine finishing work without stopping to shake out your arm. Carry the groceries, hold the steering wheel, get back to a workout without the symptom check first.
And when a flare does show up, imagine knowing exactly what to do, so you are not back online guessing.
That is what the 28-Day NerveFix Challenge is built for.
The nerves to your hand start in your neck, run under your collarbone, pass under the chest, and travel down the inside of the arm.
Every inch of that path runs down the front of your body.

Now look at how you spend your day.
Typing. Driving. Phone in hand. Head forward, shoulders rounded, elbows bent.
All day long you are folding the front of your body closed, and those nerves sit right behind the muscles you are folding.
Those front-of-body muscles get tight from the overwork.
Tight muscles get stuck in a shorter position.
Shorter muscles build small knots, and those knots press on the nerves running right behind them.
That is the tingling and burning, anywhere along the route.
A tight muscle also loses its ability to fully lengthen and stretch.
So the small movements you make all day, folding your arms, resting your elbow, bending your wrist, rolling a shoulder forward, are now enough to squeeze the nerves and creating pain.
Then you go to bed.
You curl up. Elbow bends, wrist curls, chin drops, shoulder rolls in.
The same front-of-body muscles that were squeezed all day get squeezed again, except now you hold the position for hours without moving.
They never get a break. That is why your tingly pain hits at 2am.
And the cycle feeds itself.
A muscle stuck in a tight position pulls on the bones it attaches to.
This then creates things like rounded shoulders and forward head posture.
The head and scapula get pulled forward, resulting in the back muscles getting stretched out and weaker (like your upper back for example).
And as a result of all of this. the other muscles tighten to pick up the slack. The front closes a little more.
And around and around the pain cycle goes.

This is why none of your previous attempts held:

Breaking the cycle means working on more than one problem at a time, in the correct order:

After Army infantry and Airborne, I came home with chronic hip and back pain. Physical therapy, chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, injections. Each one helped for a day or two. None of it connected.
So I studied massage therapy, corrective exercise, posture, and movement myself, and found that every treatment had been fixing one piece of the problem. Put the pieces in the right order and the pain stayed gone.
Then clients started showing up with numb hands and burning shoulders and a folder of tests that came back normal. Nobody had checked the pathway between the neck and the armpit. Same problem I had, different address. The sequence worked on them too.
True story: while I was filming this program, hunched over a camera and a laptop for weeks, I started getting the exact symptoms I was teaching people to fix. Taking my own advice turned out to be harder than giving it. I ran the sequence on myself. It was gone in a few weeks.
The 28-Day NerveFix Challenge is that sequence, filmed as follow-along treatments, so you press play and do what is on screen.
Follow these simple steps to go from pain to strength in a matter of weeks, not months.
Buy, and your invite lands within 24 hours. Twelve treatments, your rituals, and your test sheet, all in one place on your phone.
Day 0 is five short tests. One of them will set off your symptoms for a few seconds. That is the one you will watch change.
About 35 minutes, timers on screen, same order every time. On the days between, a short Morning and Night Ritual. Check it off and close the app.
Day 28, same five tests, numbers side by side. The NerveFix Blueprint unlocks, so the next time it flares you find it and fix it yourself.
Kevin threw a few dozen pitches at his son's Little League practice. A day later he woke up and his whole hand was gone.
For the next few weeks he could not put his arms at his sides. Could not lie on his side. Could not reach overhead without the nerve lighting up.
At the worst point he was waking every hour and a half, so afraid of the next jolt that he pulled two all-nighters in a row and then slept sixteen hours straight.
It took him five weeks just to learn to sleep on his back. He bought a weighted blanket to stop his arms from folding in his sleep. Nine hours of sleep became six, and his days ran on whatever was left.
He had already tried the stretches. They helped for an hour.
Then he found the program and ran it on his own. Release, stretch, strengthen, in the order on screen. No calls, no coaching, nobody touching him.
His words: a 10 out of 10 went down to a 2 In just a few weeks. The constant background ache was gone. He could sit through a meeting without thinking about his arm. He could sleep.
The 2 that was left was the nagging part. The arm that still went numb if he folded it at night. That is when he called me, and that is what we finished together.
That is what the program does on its own. The rest is optional.
"Since doing the program my muscles feel more relaxed and stronger than ever. I play competitive soccer with TOS and this program has really helped me play more pain free."
"This is a course that teaches you how to help yourself which is a great investment! I have had trigger points release and have the pain disappear. I have definitely learned many new skills and techniques to help improve TOS."
"I was diagnosed with Venous Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (VTOS), which contributes to some of my pain, irritation, and tension. I learned a ton of new ways to reduce some of my symptoms after finishing this challenge. This challenge has been the best treatment I have been through so far even with two blood clots!"

Why the pain keeps coming back, in one short lesson.

Stop working on the wrong spot.

Your quick-reference shelf, not a course.

Buy once. Never buy again.

The printable cheat sheet for days you do not want to open a video.

Bad night? Long day at the desk? You already know what to do.

The missing piece behind muscles that will not stay loose.

Find the problem spot in seconds.

You are never stuck wondering if you are doing it right.
That is $17.75 a day for 28 days, or about two physical therapy visits.

Or pick a plan that fits your month:
Do all twelve treatments. Run your Day 0 tests and your Day 28 tests. If your Day 28 numbers are not better than your Day 0 numbers, send me both test sheets within 30 days of purchase and I refund what you paid.
That is the whole condition. I am not promising you will feel amazing. I am promising that if you do the work, the test will move, and if it does not, you do not pay.
The reason I can offer this is simple: the people who finish, improve. The guarantee is there to make sure you finish.
Yes. Night numbness is usually the clearest sign the pressure is coming from higher up the arm, because the bent-arm sleeping position closes the tunnel for hours at a time. The Night Ritual is built for exactly this.
Maybe. Carpal tunnel that did not improve with wrist treatment is usually pressure higher up the line. The Day 0 test will tell you, and the Challenge covers the wrist anyway.
Then you have probably used the right tools in the wrong order, or on the wrong spot. The Challenge puts them in sequence so each one sets up the next.
Twelve treatments over 28 days, about 35 minutes each, plus a few minutes morning and night on the other days.
Some of it will be tender. The rule is 5 to 7 out of 10 on the pressure you are creating, not your baseline pain. An electric zap into the fingers means you are on the nerve, not the muscle, and you slide off it.
Finish the twelve treatments and run the Day 28 tests. If your numbers did not move from Day 0, email me both test sheets within 30 days of purchase and I refund you. The test sheet is in the app and takes about five minutes.
A 60-minute Zoom call with me. I run your Day 0 tests on camera, tell you which two spots are yours, and set your plan so you are not searching for four weeks. It is optional and you can add it at checkout.
No. This is education and self-treatment. See a doctor first for sudden weakness, muscle wasting in the hand, symptoms after a fall, or color changes in the fingers.
